At Taekwang Power Holdings, we are running a fair and objective assessment system for our workers to reward their efforts fairly and encourage them to engage in
self-improvement as follows;
- Achievement assessment : Quantitative assessment of the performance of the workers against their goals (semi-annual assessment)
- Capability assessment : Assessment of the level of competency and capability of individuals (annual assessment)
※ The results of the assessments are to be reflected to the individualized competency development programs, compensation, promotion, and deployment of the
workers after consultation and feed-back processes with employees.
